“This sounded like a great idea, the actual wines were good. What didn't work was the way the experience was managed. I actually want a refund. When we arrived they didn't have our booking they only had bookings for direct bookings. that was resolved. Then they brought us chocolates instead of the charcuterie board that we booked. I am diabetic, I don't eat chocolate. when we questioned that the hostess shrugged and said since it's Valentines day they are serving chocolates, so basically not her problem. We tasted 5 wines, 3 white and 2 red. after every tasting I kept asking if they will change the glasses, eventually they did…”
